This BBQ Sauce is a cross between Eastern and Western North Carolina style sauce. It has a tang from the vinegar, sweetness from the honey, spice from the red pepper and ketchup for the Red, to make a Carolina Red BBQ Sauce. It is awesome on shredded meats like pulled pork and shredded chicken. It only takes a little bit of this sauce to make a huge impression. OH AND I AGED THE VINEGAR IN A OAK BARREL. CRAZY!!!
