This is my secret, all purpose, BBQ Rub. This will take whatever meat you smoke to the next level no matter how good a BBQ smoker you are. But this Rub can be used for so much more, with it’s sweet but savory flavor. Great on anything, but amazing on Pork (Ribs, pulled pork), Chicken, and don’t forget about things like Salmon.
